How to kill the session in Avocent Console Switch
Solution:
SSH to avocent console switch using ssh command
avocent switch# CLI
avocent switch# administration
avocent switch# session
avocent switch# kill port no
It will kill the existing session, now u will be able to access the new session.
In new IOS it is sessions command in place of Session
